Good manager, good rewards, opportunity to train. Great team of people with plenty of opportunity for interaction. Working towards a great goal.
Cons
Head office is a closed shop. A lot of decisions are made without enough thought being put into what the affect will be on the people doing the job. Once a decision is made there is no changing it even if it is proven that there is a better way.
