- Upper management is unprofessional, gossipy, immature, and disrespectful (rude, inappropriate remarks and comments)... and they aren't that smart - Upper management have all been there so long they have little to offer in terms of being mentors or teaching new young professionals - most are not intelligent nor do they have experience outside of this very small, very non-innovative agency - Little ability to grow - Most full-time employees are looking to get out or are just plain miserable - Outdated technology, behind the curve in the industry, niche industry (pharma) - Very high turnover and little to no training so lower-level employees are stuck training people all of the time
