Pros
I worked at SSATI for 1.25 years and only left the company because of personal circumstances that dictated I take a job that was much closer to home for me. Had it not been for my personal circumstances, I definitely would not have left this company. My salary was excellent. They offered me more than I asked. The benefits were the best I ever received, and that's saying a lot as I worked for some high profile companies like Microsoft and Lockheed. The perks like the annual hobby bonus and fitness bonus are going to be things that I really miss, and definitely show how above and beyond they go at this company. They are constantly doing team and company events to really build a sense of unity and family, and all events are geared towards bringing your family if you would like. On top of all that, the people were great both in the back office and my SSATI coworkers on site. I would highly recommend this company. If my circumstances ever change, I would absolutely go back to SSATI given the chance.
Cons
During my entire experience with SSATI, there really were no cons to working there. I really had that good of an experience during my time there.
Pros
*There is a real emphasis on building a healthy workplace culture, where everyone is valued, seen and heard. Beginning with my interview process to post-onboarding, you get the understanding that everyone is treated like family at SSATI. The company has maintained its small company roots throughout its growth. *Heavy employee investment. SSATI takes pride in investing in their employees, which is why they offer best-in-class benefits such as fully covered healthcare deductibles for single employees (as well as highly generous healthcare benefits for families), generous PTO, awesome allowances such as a yearly $1,000 hobby allowance meant to be spent on anything that brings you passion, regular company events for employees and their families, and much more. *Heavy amount of support from mentors. Everyone who is hired at SSATI is assigned a mentor, and so far my mentor has been incredibly helpful and accessible. I'm excited to continue learning the company process, and add value in any way I can
Cons
*No real cons that I can think of
Pros
In short, sometimes, one can feel like they are not a part of the company that they work for. However, SSATI fosters a family-like atmosphere, and employees experience high morale due to the supportive and inclusive environment. Their style of open communication ensures that everyone feels heard and understood. This, in turn, enhances job satisfaction since most employees work various contracts that are not located in the same area. Additionally, SSATI recognizes individuals for their achievements in education and on the job. This attention to detail is a crucial aspect of the company culture, with each person's unique efforts and achievements being acknowledged and celebrated, further motivating the workforce and driving overall success.
Cons
While SSATI offers numerous benefits, as discussed above, the only notable limitation is its current size. Being a small company, it is somewhat restricted in some capabilities and resources. However, with rapid growth and expansion on the horizon, these limitations are expected to diminish, enabling the company to offer even more opportunities and advancements soon.
