      Good insurance with reasonable cost. Decent annual profit sharing program

      Cons

      Company policies are dependent on who you are not the same for everyone. If you are planning on career advancement hope you are part of the "good old boys club" otherwise forget it. Not sure how some of the managers got into the positions their in as some managers skills are very poor.

      No hierarchy for progression, Stuck in role for years without promotion and very minimal increment, Poor team dynamics, very small room for personal growth.
