Pros
Great place to work for the most part. When we are producing steel bonuses are 80 to 130 percent. The employees are great people, give ya the shirt off their back type as long as you aren't lazy. My first year I made around 70k the following year just over 100k then the last year about 90k.
Cons
Management has lost touch with its employees seems like every month they give less and less care about the employees. Just make the steel and shut up kinda thing going on. When we are down no bonus so you are working for strait time anywhere from 16.16 to 25.50 an hour. It's really hard to get to the 25.50 an hour, only one person per shift gets that. The rest of us top out at 20.50.
