Especially during training and onboarding, there's a lot of ambiguity here. If you're a real self-starter, though, you'll take that as a growth opportunity. People are always willing to help, answer questions, etc.
The vacation and time-off policies could probably be better. The incentives here are still pretty basic and traditional.
