Pros

- Laid back culture - Summer Fridays (ending with acquisition though) - Flexible hours/remote work

Cons

- Favoritism - Lack of open communication channels, untrained managers who lack soft people skills. - Claim there is no money for well-deserved raises for tenured employees because they're a small company, while simultaneously throwing yacht parties and spending exorbitant amounts of money on alcohol for "parties" and "networking events," and unique opportunities for select employees. - Overall, if you want to work for SRW/CA Fortune, you have to be okay doing multiple peoples' jobs (yes and mentality is great and heavily encouraged, but is not compensated for in the bonus structure). You might be strung along for a promotion, but then later told there aren't resources for it.

Pros

They consistently paid employee salaries.

Cons

Gaslighting and burnout are parts of the culture. HR is condescending, inexperienced, and unprofessional. The CEO micro-manages and uses intimidation and fear to garner respect from employees. If you're BIPOC, run very far away.
