Very Active and Competitive net lease group.
Cons
Heads of the group control 80% of the business. Managers will not help you unless you bring them in on your deals. Look out when while making your daily cold calls you may come across "their clients" its niche market so almost impossible not run into owners that have been spoken to already. They will claim any clients they done business with in the past are off-limits. However, its a 1099 position and no one is off-limits if the owner is willing to give you a PA then thats on them.
