Pros

I have been here nearing a year and a half and every day feels as exciting as the first day. I feel everything sold to me in the interview process has been true on the other side. Family and Giving Back to our communities and veterans and those in need is not a buzz word but a huge intentional effort. We keep people in mind when making decisions, and while no company is perfect, this company has some magic sauce and it's no wonder The Home Depot wanted to acquire it. We seem to have a great handle on this unique balance of pursuing innovation and growth, without sacrificing the humans along the way. The people and culture are fantastic, folks are compensated fairly, and there's a great deal of mutual respect across the company. The Culture Pledge might be one of my favorite things.

Cons

We have grown SO much SO fast in the last nearly 16 years, which is a great thing, that we can outgrow our mechanisms if not careful or continuing to iterate upon them. The good news in that is leadership is very supportive of change and new processes or changes to existing processes that improve our employee experience and customer experience.

Pros

The building is nice. Fridays are remote days.

Cons

The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
