Pros
Flexibility of schedule, if you are getting your work done then you are trusted.
Cons
They seemingly want to grow to be a prestigious company yet they bring in upper management who don’t commit to that culture. They hold those with potential back and cut those who actually care and work their butts off. It’s sad. Not what it was when I started. That being said if you are being held back go check what’s out there because most likely you will be snatched up fast and make way more than this SRS would ever pay.
