I was threatened with termination if I shared my wages with my coworkers. I explained to the manager that this was not legal to do. It is in direct violation of several (national and state) labor laws. Things went downhill after that point. After 4 months, I finally felt it necessary to look for work elsewhere. I gave my two weeks notice and worked without issue until the final day. Upon receiving my final check, I discovered they did not pay me for the 72 hours of vacation pay I had accrued over my two years with them. I know one of my coworkers received their vacation pay after quitting 5 months ago. I am now faced with determining what kind of legal action I need to take, and what kind of complaint to file with the National Labor Relations Board. Needless to say, I am not happy. I do not recommend working for this company.
