Wow, I’m glad you wrote a review and mentioned the key pro about being an outside sales person for us. As a Territory Manager, you earn a base salary, which is pretty good, but a true sales person wants to make a lot more than that. The package also includes an uncapped commission on EVERYTHING you sell, a monthly car allowance, a fuel card, expenses and more. It sounds like you are in the right career and we are glad you are with SRS. We understand that our employees are not always equal in their skill level and if it is affecting your work in a negative way, please discuss with your manager. Sometimes more training is needed and we don’t know unless you tell us. Again, thank you for your comments and keep helping your customers and being instrumental in growing their companies.

The building is nice. Fridays are remote days.

Cons

The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
