I saw this review and can't help but wish you spoke to your manager, any one of our accounting managers, or Human Resources when you were here. We are always here to listen and take the necessary steps to make sure our employees feel they have a leadership team they can depend on here. We have an open door policy and truly no one is off limits. As for nice, I've seen our working managers and our leaders go to great lengths for us. Yes, we do have quarterly corporate events, department outings, fun lunches, a Women's Leadership Forum, office contests and parties. We just had a family movie night, which was a big hit. Day-in and day-out, you do have to love what you do and work hard at it. SRS definitely rewards superior work-ethic and a positive attitude over just tenure. We wish you the very best in your career.
