The overall ambience and work environment were really positive. The team was supportive, management was approachable, and there was a strong focus on learning and collaboration. I had to leave in 2019 due to Covid, as travel became a major constraint at that time. It was a difficult decision because I genuinely liked working here. I’m happy to share that I’m back with SRP Group now. The reason is simple — the company culture and people made me want to return.
