Pros

This job gives you significant independence. Field managers are excellent.

Cons

Good people but very chaotic organization. Routes change constantly and subsequently hours worked (too much or too little) which means you will have unpredictable income. Inventory control is the worse I have ever seen. Company does not empower field representatives and is very micromanaged.

Pros

SRP gave me stability, experience, and the chance to build real skills. I had positive experiences there, and I’m grateful for parts of it. But I’m also realizing that the environment doesn’t always operate from a positive or growth-minded place, and I have to be honest about what that has cost me

Cons

The con is not that SRP is a bad place. The con is that it can give you stability and experience, but not always a clear or fair feeling of movement. You can give a lot, build a lot, and still feel like you’re waiting for someone to finally see it
