If you are self motivated, then you can learn a lot here. Other than that they offer Coffee/Tea twice a day. If you work there for a year then you will learn all the basics of Office Politics.
Cons
Politics, Politics, Politics.... Politics everywhere. Hike will be provided based on experience not on Performance. HR supports only Team Leaders and management. During Interview HR says, We will work 5 days a week, But Once you join Saturdays will be mandatory working day( For some teams Sundays too). Night out will become a part of your Life Style. Freshers will be treated as Slaves. Its tough to get a good Mentor. If you want Work Life Balance then better be a Non Performer, If you perform well then additional load will be added on your head. Last But Not Least : Resignation, If you are non performer or in bench and you put paper, then they will send you out on the same day and sometimes you have to pay for that too. If you are a performer, then they wont relive you even after you had completed your notice period.I saw peoples who had served 4 and 6 months of notice periods.
