      Pros

      Such a waste company, all fake promises, And most important of all, mis behaves with women and this is a fact. Acts like a gentleman but all fake promises, Once you are under his H1, you are doomed, Very less pay compared to market and you have to act according to him. If you wanna save your time and money, do "NOT" approach this consultancy. And not even paying salaries for Indian employee. As well as it not registered in India

      I worked in SRK systems , they dint pay me salary till now all most 5 lakhs . I am going to put a case on PS.

      Pros

      This Company has positive culture, attitude towards their employees and most importantly career development. The Managers here would do 1 on 1 with the employees frequently to verify their future goals and if they need anything which would help their career growth. They have a great Marketing and training team who are motivated towards work and it is great to be surrounded by those kind of individuals. Pay which is offered is high compared to other staffing companies which I have worked in my Carrier. They take care of their employees and make them feel comfortable to the maximum.

      Cons

      I Have not faced any issues regarding my pay , immigration and benefits during my time of employment . Everything is great!!
