Pros

Before merging with MaterialPlus got to work on a real-time project, which helped improve technical skills.

Cons

No bench policy – Once you're released from a project, there is no internal support or reassignment layoffs happen immediately. Lack of job security – Employees are let go right after project completion, often without any prior notice or transition planning. Limited project pipeline – The company is currently struggling to secure new projects, leading to resource instability. Unfair compensation practices – New employees are hired at lower salaries for the same roles, creating internal pay disparities. In many cases, these employees are also laid off within a year. Lack of transparency – There is minimal communication from management regarding strategic decisions or career development opportunities. Poor layoff planning – During resource reductions, HR makes headcount decisions without consulting technical teams or conducting proper performance evaluations.
