      Politics, backbiting, typical Marwari culture.....no hike in Pay scale after you join.

      Pros

      My supervisor was a guy who really knew his stuff. Although a little busy, I believe that i got to learn a lot from him.

      Cons

      The office is far in Kolkata, and food is hard to come by in the region. IT was always overwhelmed and we had to wait for a long time to get our machines up and running
