Culture was a great thing until management took on too much work and tried expanding business too fast. Growth has been too fast, overworking too many people, stretching facilities too far, disrupting teams with too much work and too many hires. For a time employee transfers were not allow. Experienced, long time employees are not happy with the direction, feel undervalued and unable to take adequate PTO. New employees don't seem to be fitting in. The last time this happened, there was a reduction in force after a few years when business dropped off.
