Pros

Benefits: 403b retirement (employee:5 percent, employer 10 percent match), Blue Cross medical plan is great (currently 20 dollar copay), PTO of 3-5 weeks a year plus holidays, annual gifts, monetary award system, flexible work hours, 18 credit hours a year covered for any accredited institution, medical and daycare expense plans to save on taxes, discounts on certain retailers (Dell, Verizon, etc.).

Cons

Limited job growth/advancement opportunities depending on your field of work, benefits have been declining each year since the end of the Iraq war. The Executive Order that Obama created to give 7 days of sick time to government contractors was poorly executed...SRC had 10 days designated for sick time and is now (as of Jan. 2017) only offering 5 as part of the PTO package, which in my opinion, is not in line with the intentions of executive order.
