      Small company so enormous opportunity to learn and grow. Nothing else is really a pro about this company.

      There are many; 1. Its a family business 2. HR is a joke 3. Only the employees have to be ethical and loyal to the company and the company will not 4. Too much of politics and management does nothing about it 5. You will NEVER get your full & final settlement. You heard it right - NEVER

      Good place to work. The management is very good. Marketing team is very good. Employee oriented company. Benefits are good. Overall it is good place to work

      Cons

      You should get a very good initial Compensation to work here. Dont expect a increase if you have not got one when you joined. Thats the only drawback with this company
