Not a lot of good things are happening that are visible or tangible from the perspective at this office.

- Another round of benefit reduction announcements. - Down to 8 holidays, even though the customer base has 10, forcing vacation use. - 401k plan reductions. - Super fat and wide management structure. - Bad/No management at many levels. - Status-quo mindset. - Does not value employee input at any level. - Pretends to listen/care/understand about issues, but only pushes them aside with soft words and spin.
