Good learning opportunities but management can be better - Software Developer SQr Infotech Employee Review

Love my coworkers. Definitely will be life long friends. 3 years later and I still feel so lucky to work here! My HR (People) leadership team supports me and constantly pushes me to grow. My goals and the goals of my teammates are clear, and we are encouraged to help each other and teach each other along the way. My opportunities feel endless here, there is always something new and exciting to work on around the corner. For the most part, you get back what you put in.

The only constant here is change. If you can't roll with the punches and adapt to new processes, leadership, opportunities or whatever it may be, you might not enjoy the environment here. With that said, these changes teach us to be resilient and adaptable - both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace.

I can say only one thing that this company is totally relying on fake reviews and feedbacks. If you see in last 2 month there are lots of negative and immediately after that positive feedbacks are coming. Negatives are from employees who faced problems. Positives are from poor current working people who are forced to post positive review and report to management.

1. Cons? Where do I even start?? 2. Absolutely no work life balance 3. Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour. 4. Poor management. 5. Work culture is too bad. 6. Bad politics at senior level. 7. This company uses pirated software. 8. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 9. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 10. Asking for leaves made me feel like i was literally begging. 11. Insane levels of micro-management. 12. Delayed Appraisal Reviews - They take 5 months to process the appraisal review.
