Company has amazing management and culture.

I have no cons to share.

SQN’s employees are all highly self-motivated individuals, and success of the company and of each employee is a direct outcome of outstanding work ethic. Everyone comes from different backgrounds, but are always willing to help each other out with any challenges that come up on a project. SQN is a relatively small company and recognizes that the people are the best resource, so employees are treated well and set up with the tools and training needed to be successful. The company future growth outlook is also very good as they get work with different markets / clients.

For new prospective employees; the company is currently small (<20 employees) so I think only those with the best talent and work ethic would be considered.
