Pros
as any job, it's paid. That's good. If you're good at that, you will also probably find ways to do nothing the whole day, and to complain about your colleagues or basically anything. Another thing is you might find some good buddies there, but they probably won't stay long.
Cons
the management is a disaster. Apart from changing rules all the time and putting a max pressure on employees, they are good at nothing. It is like a microcosm which lives (on you) outside of the reality. Only money matters, the customer satisfaction is not a problem (we'll find other customers) and the employees -- same. The CEO is a shame.
