I love working there, just not much work for a PRN nurse

People don't have much concept of time.

The leadership team has no direction. They drive decisions based on financial success for themselves even while the company is unstable. The benefits are very expensive for such a large company. There is no culture and you will be expected to work within their designated parameters. The CEO is incompetent. He plays favorites and it is clear by his unprofessional manner where you stand. He is condescending, rude and dismissive. You will not be paid fairly and your opinion will not matter. Unless you must have a job, I would not work here. I want to erase this company from my resume and never look back.
