Pros
Good people to work with and manufacturing is onsite. The company also did a couple of expansions over the years. There are good opportunities to learn in different departments on the manufacturing floor. They also have an engineering development program which is good for recent engineering graduates.
Cons
The upper management is constantly changing and presidents seem to only last 1- 2 years. As a result the company priorities are always changing. There are limited opportunities for growth once you are with the company for a few years.
