Pros
The company offers decent salary and benefits. Work experience will be solid because there is usually plenty of work to do. One can also expect friendly and intelligent colleagues, but it is heavily depending on which location and which department.
Cons
The problems mostly come from the way the company is managed. There are frequent company structure changes and frequent upper and middle management changes. Unfortunately not all changes are done with thorough consideration and the results can tax heavily on its people. If one expects a stable environment for career growth and relationship building, this might not be the best place to invest time. There is also a lack of transparent system for internal career opportunities and promotions. Expect heavy politics and existence of "cliques". The company is very decentralized, therefore the culture at the different units can be dramatically different.
