As noted in your feedback on the Pros of working at SPX, we work diligently to ensure we make sound business decisions to ensure that we remain financially strong. We also work to ensure we provide competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Thank you for recognizing these. Regarding the Cons you noted, the current pandemic has brought with it many challenging circumstances for us all. However, during this time, we have also seen incredible levels of care, effort and teamwork by our employees. Our goal is that our core organizational values guide each of us in all our actions and decisions, and we are disappointed when we hear that an employee had an experience where those values were not demonstrated.
