Pros
Firm used to be too diversified. But leadership did a good job of aligning business units. Direct supervisor was great. Helped develop a broad business knowledge. They do a good job of developing new talent with the rotational programs. Benefits are good and Pay is decent
Cons
Usual issues of a publicly traded big corporation. Things might not get done as quickly as you would hope. Too many realignments at the corporate level. Quarter to Quarter mentality at the plant level.
