Pros
Great benefits and pay raises. Overtime is usually there when you need it. Unionized plant. Lots of variety between departments.
Cons
Company forces you to work at least every other weekend when there is OT. Sometimes every week if there are not enough people in your department. Depending on what department, you might not see 1st shift for 10-20 years. If you have kids, ill family, or other complexities in your life that require you to leave at a moments notice, they will give you attendance points.
