Could use improvements! - Quality Engineer SPX Technologies Employee Review

*Lack of communication of goals and outlook from Senior management. *Heavily manual manufacturing processes (people dependent). *Departments work in silos and have separate agendas, which makes it difficult to accomplish tasks in cross-functional teams. *Lack of diversity/inclusion; I was often (about every 2 weeks) confused as another woman who worked at SPX because we were the same race and worked in the office areas (uncomfortable and disappointing). *BAD MANAGERS IN SOME AREAS - my manager had control issues, micromanaged, focused on his personal agendas (always his way) rather than the agenda best for the organization. He often missed the big picture, and consistently bullied and disrespected employees/co-workers in meetings...definitely not a team player! He also supported and instructed unethical quality practices such as switching serial number plates on purchased parts :-(
