- Employee friendly policies - Good work life balance - they provide food, cab facilities . - work from home policies depend on manager and hr . Have not started office after covid . - decent hikes and variable pay depending on performance
Cons
- Pure self driven learnings , ideas and no much guidance given (it is advantage as well as disadvantage) - timings is from 12pm-9pm- fixed timing which we need to find balance
