Pros
Great colleagues and often a fun place to work. The products are interesting if you're in the engineering space and the international footprint is exciting - you can go to other offices and feel part of the same team quite quickly.
Cons
History of acquisitions and then consolidation meant there's a lot to learn, and it can be a complex business to navigate at times. The spin-off helped with this.
