      Pros

      I have nothing but good things to say about the people that I work with. They are inclusive and helpful. The pay is above average for the area and the benefits are alright.

      Cons

      Upper management could use a refresh. There are a lot of managers that are still stuck in their old ways and it would be beneficial for the company if they changed.
