      Pros

      Departments work/communicate well with each other. Strong teamwork. Company does well when allowed to manage the business.

      Cons

      Executive management is old school. They meddle in the operations of the business units and interrupt a smooth running operation because they have to prove they are the boss. Their attitude toward women is archaic.
