Pros

-Good work life balance no overtime is required so you can plan your weekend wherever you are -Great medical plan

Cons

-you will barely see you own home since you will be on the road 100% of the time -kinda cheap on airfare and lodging -Mangaments expects a lot from you to learn a lot of different tools with little and fragmented training -Senior guys are not kept accountable because of lack of employees
