Pros
Easy to interview with the company. The more difficult interview is with the customer.
Cons
Several instances of questionnable ethics. You won't get straight feedback from the SPS team. After receiving a notice that my health insurance was cancelled, I was told by both the insurance carrier and SPS that they didn't pay their bill. SPS had recently received a big account and "money was tight".
