      Sprim has a Great work ethic, the management is friendly and approachable. It is a great place to improve knowledge and learn new technologies

      Cons

      It may be difficult for someone to pick up the technology if they are not strong in basics. This could result in low review score. The code reviews are difficult to pass as they have strict guidelines.

      Remote contract work. Flexible scheduling. Easy work.

      Cons

      Poor management. Project Manager has poor communication skills. Laid off at last minute with no warning and then asked to come back with no real coordination or plan. Treated as disposable instead of valued.
