Pros
Popcorn machine, snacks and beer.
Cons
It would be grossly naive not to heed the warnings of the previous reviewer and not notice the carefully planned pattern of positive reviews to compensate. First order of business: You’re expected to be at your desk by 8:00 am sharp (M-F) otherwise you are not considered a team player. For being a “Digital First” marketing company - don’t expect to work from home, despite what you might see in a job posting unless you request it in writing (weeks in advance) or happen to be in upper management. Management tries to micromanage everything and everyone. Employees are not trusted so expect to be questioned and have your time tracked for everything that you do - including asking why you’re taking days off and for what appointments. Upper management is such a mess that high-level decision-making is erratic. Something might be supported by leadership one day, is abandoned by them the next day, and then the following day, they want to know why it wasn't done. Turnover is high due to extreme workload (with limited training). if you are looking to advance your career in any way - this is not a company you want to work for. This is most certainly a JOB, not a career move. Salaries, commissions, PTO, benefits/health coverage options aren't very competitive.
