flexible time schedule, nice people. very intelligent senior management, very knowledgeable upon the industry, friendly and repectful to staff members, senior management for the most part

as an intern, the program was well coordinated and interesting, but there could have been more creative work rather than compling data and info. tasks and assignments should be assigned more regularly

- Smart and nice colleagues - Nice office space - Competitive salary (while the company was able to pay it)

The CEO and the rest of the senior leadership team were in way over their heads. Credit them for founding the company, securing an initial investment and attracting talented personnel. Unfortunately, they were completely incapable of running and managing a large business. After securing a sizable investment, they promptly burned through every penny in just under a year. Employees were kept on and asked to continue working with the promise of a loan and infusion of capital while the company was completely insolvent. After over 2 months without pay and once health insurance could no longer be provided, employees were finally laid off. Only weeks before the layoffs, the company was still trying to hire new employees and was entering into agreements with an offshore development company. Just further examples of how irresponsible the decision makers within this company acted. Just a very sad situation for a company that had the potential to be successful.
