Good training and experience but no potential for growth - Analyst SPMB Employee Review

SPMB has a strong reputation in the market but struggles internally to develop and promote talent. As an analyst you will be expected to do more than your share of work and can be passed on for promotion and/or forced out of the firm despite hitting all required metrics. Success is obviously not guaranteed for those who are chosen to be promoted, which is why I suspect so many senior level employees have been leaving over the last year.
