Focus on training and feedback responsiveness. - IT Business Analyst SPM Strategic Employee Review

I'm not having the best experience at my current workplace and that got me thinking about the better workplace experience I had while at SPM Strategic. My immediate manager would regularly check-in with me. I'm not keen on regular catch-up as I used to feel it doubted me. But after sometime, I began to appreciate that it allowed issues to be highlighted sooner, which at least made it visible for handling. And they're not micromanaging. A fair bit of time off flexibility as long as the work got done per schedule.
