      Exposure to many different situations that you won't get to experience normally. Gain good insight to the journalistic scene in Singapore.

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of communication between supervisors and journalists, times when you don't have much work to do.

      Pay, and benefits. Easy to advance if you are determined. Need to have good attendance to move up.

      Cons

      Not structured. Need to add structure and an easier way to find items on the portal. Update the website as well.

      Favoritism towards employees and superiors. Some superiors hardly know how to do there job and they play around too much .
