Extremely flexible, remote, great time off, they don't track vacation, no pressure to sell, no sales targets, make own travel schedule and locations. No meetings or emails after 12pm for the most part.
Cons
No sales targets, customer lists, structure or strategy. US team does not understand the products or markets. Very little internal support. Very little teamwork
