SPF is a great place to work. They recognize their employees accomplishments, work with them to improve any processes that need it, and are very open to communication. It is a family owned company and the owners care a great deal not only about the business wellbeing, but about employee wellbeing too. SPF is honest with customers and carries integrity as one of their largest strengths.
