Pros
Company is focused on growth and culture. Ownership and management are present. Lots of very nice people and a team focus. Good hours with the occasional very busy day here and there.
Cons
Can't say a lot of negative stuff. People treat each other with respect, so when things get tough, it is much easier to get through it that if people were petty or caddy.
