Need better training programs which will allow better time management so leads are not having to be one stop shops all the time Better people hired- New hires stay at new hire level after a year, could be better Better training other than sit in a room and watch videos Clear guidelines of moving up ranks other than just you know when you know Company hire and outside company hire do not allow everyone to have same benefits (can’t ask company hire about health benefits as outside company hire has different benefits) Too much overtime (60+ hours) and rules associated with overtime doesn’t always guarantee correct pay
