They tried to make a good workplace with team events, soccer table, a kind of community area and so on.

Even though they promise a lot and wanted to be the best workplace in Berlin there was no real community and a lot changed in the last year. The whole atmosphere was difficult and I didn’t felt much appreciation any more in general. A lot of people left and that was handled quite unprofessional in my opinion.
